Cegedim: Amiral Gestion falls below 5% of votes cast

(CercleFinance.com) - Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on January 8 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Cegedim's voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 1,087,282 Cegedim shares on behalf of the aforementioned funds, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 7.71% of the capital and 4.95% of the voting rights of the medical information data and services group.
