Derichebourg: suspension explained - acquires Ecore group

(CercleFinance.com) - Derichebourg today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the entire capital of Ecore Holding Group (Luxembourg).


This merger has been approved by the various competent competition authorities at European and international levels.

Derichebourg has proposed a series of commitments, including the sale of four recovery sites as well as four collection sites and has made a number of commitments aimed at ensuring the viability of the sites that will be sold.

Cumulative revenues after implementation of commitments would be around 4.81 billion euros and cumulative EBITDA (excluding synergies) would be around 480 million euros.
