Teleperformance: successful E1.4bn bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance announces that it has successfully raised a total of E1.
4bn in senior unsecured bonds.

Teleperformance has issued two tranches: a 5-year senior bond for E700m (maturing on 22 November 2028) which will carry a fixed annual coupon of 5.25%, and an 8-year senior bond for E700m (maturing on 22 November 2031) which will carry a fixed annual coupon of 5.75%.

The transaction, which was oversubscribed by more than 5.1x by a diversified base of institutional investors, was clearly warmly welcomed.
