Teleperformance: E500m seven year bond placement

(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance has successfully completed the placement of its first 500 million euro Sustainability-Linked Notes with an annual coupon of 3.
750%, maturing in June 2029.

The proceeds of the new bonds will be used to redeem the relevant bonds under the Company's tender offer, and the balance (if any) of their proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

With this issue, the Company optimises its debt profile and continues to align its financing strategy with its CSR ambitions.
