Atos: EXA1 HE supercomputer delivered to CEA

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces the delivery of the EXA1 HE (High Efficiency) supercomputer, based on Eviden's BullSequana XH3000 technology and designed to meet the needs of the Simulation program of the CEA's Military Applications Directorate.


The second and most innovative partition in the EXA1 program, it complements the EXA1 HF (High-Frequency) supercomputer delivered by Eviden in 2021. It is equipped with 477 compute nodes based on Nvidia Grace Hopper Superchips processors.

With a peak performance of 104 petaflops, the system can achieve a Linpack performance of around 60 petaflops, putting it on a par with the 15th most powerful supercomputer in the latest TOP500 ranking, Atos says.
