Atos: completes acquisition of Motiv ICT Security

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Motiv ICT Security, the largest independent provider of managed security services (MSS) in the Netherlands, thereby strengthening its position as the third largest MSS provider in the world.


Motiv's sovereign Security Operations Centre (SOC), certified at the highest levels of maturity by an independent body, further expands Atos' global SOC network, the IT services group said.

This deal in cyber security follows the acquisitions of Paladion, digital.security, SEC Consult and more recently In Fidem, made in different countries in recent months.
