Air France-KLM: changes to board of directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM's AGM was held behind closed doors yesterday, chaired by Anne-Marie Couderc.
All proposed resolutions were adopted, the company said today.
Anne-Marie Idrac, Leni Boeren and Isabelle Bouillot were reappointed as independent directors for a period of four years and Gwenaëlle Avice-Huet was appointed as an independent director for the same period.
Delta Air Lines - whose permanent representative on the Board of Directors is Alain Bellemare - was also reappointed as a director for a period of four years.
Finally, Jian Wang was reappointed as a director for a term of four years, upon proposal of China Eastern Airlines.
The market seems to be nodding approval - the Air France share is up almost 2% in mid-afternoon trading on Thursday.
