Nokia: first phase of share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the share buyback program announced on 25 January 2024, Nokia h&s decided to launch the first phase of its share buyback program.


The total purchase price of all Nokia shares to be acquired will not exceed E300m.

Repurchases will begin at the earliest on 20 March 2024 and end on 18 December 2024.

The maximum number of shares that may be repurchased under the first phase of the program is 200 million shares, i.e. about 4% of Nokia's total share capital.
