BBVA: collaboration with Accenture on AI

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture and BBVA (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) have signed a collaboration agreement to accelerate digital transformation and apply artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics to speed up decision-making and customer services.


Under this 10-year agreement, BBVA will use Accenture's SynOps platform based on AI to make data-driven decisions, improve operating costs and simplify its services to create a “more frictionless” experience.

The agreement with Accenture will also accelerate the digital transformation of all of BBVA's core operations, says Accenture.
