flatexDegiro: Jefferies to buy after forecasts

(CercleFinance.com) - The analyst believes that the new forecasts have set the tone for the second half of the year.


Following this announcement, Jefferies confirms its buy rating on the stock, along with its target price of 33 euros.

It points out that flatexDegiro has reduced its customer growth forecast and issued a more comprehensive financial forecast for FY22.

"Although consensus EBITDA still sits around 15-20% above the mid-point of the published guidance range, we think the publication of actual P&L targets will generally be seen as a positive sign, especially since multiples have already discounted today's move by and large," Jefferies says.
