ThyssenKrupp: annual results hailed by market

com) -ThyssenKrupp shares are up over 4% in Frankfurt today, after the group published its annual results, which included adjusted EBIT of 796 million euros, compared with a loss of 1.76 billion euros in 2021-20, which also reached the top of its target range that was raised last May.
The German industrial group reported an 18% increase in revenues to 34 billion euros and a 41% increase in orders to 39.6 billion euros at the end of September, compared with a previous year that suffered from the pandemic.
For the current financial year, ThyssenKrupp expects adjusted EBIT to improve to between 1.5 and 1.8 billion euros, with net profit of at least 1 billion euros and free cash flow before mergers and acquisitions to break even.
