RWE: H1 net profit almost doubles

(CercleFinance.com) - RWE has reported an adjusted net income of 1.
5 billion euros for H1, almost double the figure for the same period a year earlier (870 million euros).

Meanwhile, the group's adjusted EBITDA rose from 1.7 billion euros to 2.8 billion euros and adjusted EBIT doubled from 1 billion euros to 2.1 billion euros.

With significant growth in H1 2022 revenues, RWE has raised its full-year guidance, saying that the revenues it generates will benefit the energy transition.

RWE is targeting FY net profit of 2.1 to 2.6 billion euros.
