Adecco: adjusted EPS down 22% in 2022
(CercleFinance.com) - Adecco has announced adjusted EPS that fell 22% to E3.
28 for 2022, as well as an EBITA margin excluding non-recurring items that is down 110 bp at 3.5%, a level that the Swiss human resources group nevertheless described as "robust".
The group explains that this deterioration mainly reflects lower profits from non-recurring items, growth investments, a moderate contribution from LHH and Adecco US, and the enhancing effect of AKKA.
Revenues rose 13% to over 23.6 billion euros, including 5% organic growth, with increases in all GBUs (global business units).
On the strength of this performance in an uncertain market environment and confident in its prospects, Adecco is proposing a 2.50 Swiss franc dividend per share, consisting of 1.85 Swiss franc gross and 0.65 Swiss franc in reserves not subject to withholding tax.
