Credit Suisse: postpones 1a Immo PK IPO

(CercleFinance.com) - The management of the Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK real estate fund has decided to postpone the initial public offering (IPO) due to current market conditions and high volatility in the real estate fund market.


The IPO was planned for Q4 2022.

The real estate fund market is currently going through a phase of high volatility and large fluctuations in terms of trading volumes, so a successful IPO in Q4 2022 cannot be guaranteed, the Swiss banking group said.

The shares is down over 2% this morning.
