GBL: sells about 18.1m Mowi shares

(CercleFinance.com) - GBL (Groupe Bruxelles Lambert), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Owen Capital, has announced the launch of a sale of a maximum of approximately 18.
1 million ordinary shares of Mowi ASA (current price about $23) through an accelerated placement to institutional investors by way of a book building.

The offer corresponds to approximately 3.5% of Mowi's share capital.

This transaction would represent a sale of about 50% of GBL's stake in Mowi and is part of the implementation of the group's portfolio rotation strategy.

The sale price and the total number of shares sold will be announced at the closing of the Offer, expected to take place before the market opens on 22 June 2022. Following settlement of the Offer, GBL expects to hold approximately 18.1 million Mowi shares, corresponding to 3.5% of the company's share capital.
