TF1: to start simplified public tender offer for Aufeminin

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the proposed simplified public tender offer (OPAS) for Aufeminin shares, filed by Rothschild Martin Maurel on behalf of TF1, will be open from tomorrow, 14 June to 4 July inclusive.


TF1 irrevocably undertakes to acquire at the unit price of 39.47 euros all of the 1,964,815 existing shares that it does not hold, representing 20.77% of the capital, as well as new shares that may be issued thereafter.

It intends to request, within a period of three months following the closing of the bid, and if the required conditions are met, the implementation of a squeeze-out for the shares that have not been tendered, priced at 39.47 euros each.
