Rémy Cointreau: 23% drop in annual sales

(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has announced 2023-24 sales of over E1.
19bn, down 22.9% as reported and down 19.2% organically on the previous year (or +16.2% on 2019-20).

"This performance includes virtually flat organic sales (-0.7%) in Q4 2023-24, representing organic growth of +14.3% compared with Q4 2019-20, the cognac and spirits house said.

Rémy Cointreau confirms that, for 2023-24, it anticipates a controlled decline in its current operating margin in organic terms, thanks to the implementation of a major cost-cutting plan estimated at around E100m this year.
