Walmart: to expand US grocery delivery service
(CercleFinance.com) - Walmart said on Wednesday it will expand its online grocery delivery service so the offer can cover over 40% of US households by the end of the year.
The service, which is currently available today in six metropolitan areas, will grow to serve more than 100 areas across the country.
Walmart estimates than 90% of Americans live within 10 miles of a Walmart store.
The retailer charges a 9.95 dollars fee for each 30 dollar minimum order.
