Visa: Alfred Kelly to leave as company boss
(CercleFinance.com) - Visa Chairman Alfred Kelly will step down in January 2024, when he will be replaced by John Lundgren.
Kelly was CEO of the payment specialist between 2016 and February 2023 and has chaired the board of directors since 2019.
He plans to step down from the Visa board on 23 January 2024, but will remain with the company as an advisor for a few weeks (until 15 February 2024) , when he will leave the company.
John Lundgren's appointment as Board Chairman depends on his re-election at the next annual shareholders' meeting, scheduled for January 2024.
