United Technologies: Rockwell deal gets antitrust go-ahead
(CercleFinance.com) - Diversified US manufacturer United Technologies said on Friday that it has received the final regulatory approval needed to close its acquisition of aviation group Rockwell Collins.
Today's conclusion of the regulatory review by Chinese regulators clears the way for the Farmington, Connecticut-based company to proceed with the proposed acquisition that was announced in September 2017.
The acquisition is expected to be closed within three business days.
