(CercleFinance.com) - Once again in Q3, United Technologies has reporting better-than-expected results, with the group further raising its FY adjusted EPS target range to between 6.

The diversified industrial group, which, among other things, produces Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines and Otis lifts, now targets sales of between 59 billion dollars and 59.5 billion dollars for 2017, compared with 58.5 billion to 59.5 billion dollars previously.
Over the past quarter, the diversified industrial group saw its adjusted EPS fall 2% to 1.73 dollar, against a consensus of around 1.69 dollar, while its revenues increased by 5% (+6% in organic terms) to 15.1 billion dollars.
