Tesla: record production and deliveries in Q4
(CercleFinance.com) - Tesla has announced 86,555 vehicles produced and 90,700 delivered in Q4 2018, both up 8% relative to those of Q3, which were historical records.
Over the last three months of the year, Tesla produced 61,394 Model 3, in line with its forecast and up 15% sequentially, as well as 25,161 Model S and X, in line with its long-term output of around 100,000 per year.
Over FY 2018, the electric car maker delivered 245,240 vehicles, including 145,846 Model 3 and 99,394 Model S and X, i.e. as many vehicles in a single year as in all previous years combined.
