Office Depot: deal to sell operations in China.

Five months after selling its European businesses, the US giant provider of office products, services, and solutions, today announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its business in mainland China to Shanghai M&G COLIPU Office Supplies.
Wanting to maintain its profitability and boost its sales after its abandoned merger with Staples, Office Depot also sold its businesses in Australia, South Korean and New Zealand.
As such, the company is more than ever focused on the US, its main market.
