Moody's: Q4 just under expectations
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Moody's reported Q4 2019 net income of 361 million dollars, up 44% from the 254 million dollars posted in Q4 2018, i.
e. respectively 1.91 dollar after 1.31 dollar per share.
Adjusted EPS reached 1.88 dollar, below the consensus of 1.91 dollar. Even so, this is still better than at the same period a year ago, when adjusted EPS reached 1.29 dollar.
For 2019, the group has announced EPS of 7.42 dollars, up 10% y-o-y. Finally, concerning its outlook, Moody's is looking for adjusted EPS of 8.60-8.80 dollars.
