Moderna: recommendation to reject TRC Capital's offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Moderna has announced that TRC Capital Investment Corporation (TRC Capital) has modified its unsolicited "mini-tender offer" to purchase up to 1,000,000 Moderna shares.
The offer price is now $99 per share, down from $107.56 per share in the original offer, it said.
Moderna does not approve TRC Capital's unsolicited restricted tender offer and recommends that shareholders do not tender their shares to it, as the offer is at a price below the current market value of Moderna's common shares.
Moderna is in no way affiliated or associated with TRC Capital, its mini-tender offer or its mini-tender offer documents, it says.
