Mattel: names two new directors to board
(CercleFinance.com) - Mattel on Tuesday named two new directors to its board, as the US toymaker is seeking to transform into an "intellectual property-driven," "high-performing" company.
Mattel named Adriana Cisneros, CEO of Venezuelan conglomerate Cisneros Group, and Roger Lynch, President and CEO of music streaming platform Pandora Media, to its board of directors, effective as of today.
Mattel said that it will benefit from their experience in key business areas, including digital content, social media, online marketing and technology.
