KKR: sells warehouses for over $560m
(CercleFinance.com) - KKR has completed the sale of over 465,000 square metres of industrial warehouses for a total value of over $560m.
The disposals were carried out through five separate transactions with five buyers.
The sales, mainly including assets from KKR's Real Estate Partners Americas II fund, were over 50 industrial buildings in Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, the Lehigh Valley and central Pennsylvania.
With these five sales, KKR has sold approximately 2 million square metres since 2021 and currently owns over 4 million square metres of industrial real estate in major metropolitan areas.
