IBM: strengthens partnership with AWS in AI
(CercleFinance.com) - IBM announced on Wednesday that it has strengthened its partnership with AWS to provide customers with expertise in generative AI solutions.
Under the agreement, IBM Consulting - the consulting arm of the US technology group - plans to train 10,000 consultants by the end of 2024.
Both partners also intend to provide joint solutions and services augmented with generative AI functionalities in areas such as customer service and human resources.
IBM Consulting and AWS respectively already offer their customers AI solutions and services in a wide range of industries.
For example, Bouygues Telecom has called on IBM to set up a new AI platform on AWS to design use cases and develop prototype models.
The project also includes further integration of Watsonx, IBM's generative AI tool, with AWS.
