GE: sale of a GE capital portfolio to Apollo
(CercleFinance.com) - GE has announced the sale, by its financial arm GE Capital, of a portfolio of approximately worth approximately 1 billion dollars to funds managed by subsidiaries of Apollo Global Management, a deal which is expected to be closed in Q4 2018.
The portfolio in question includes some 20 investments in renewable energy or other energy assets, mainly in the US. The financial terms of this transaction, which is subject to customary conditions, have not been specified.
