Meta: Q3 EPS leaps 168%
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Meta Platforms, the operator of Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, unveiled a 164% increase in net profit to nearly $11.

The social networking giant's revenues grew by 23% to over $34.1bn, while the number of average daily users rose by 7% y-o-y to 3.14 billion in September (including +5% to 2.09 billion for Facebook).
Meta expects revenues of $36.5bn to $40n for the current quarter, and has lowered its total expenditure forecast for FY 2023 to between $87bn and $89bn (from its previous range of $88bn to $91bn).
