ExxonMobil: sells $750m of assets in Texas
(CercleFinance.com) - ExxonMobil has signed an agreement with subsidiaries of BKV Corporation to sell operated and non-operated Barnett Shale gas assets in Texas for 750 million dollars, due to be completed in Q2, with additional payments dependent on future natural gas prices.
ExxonMobil has removed the Barnett Shale gas assets operated by its subsidiaries XTO Energy and Barnett Gathering from its 2020 development plan.
