Boeing: signs major US defence contract
(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing announces the signature of a contract for 477 million dollars with the Defense Logistics Agency, an agency of the United States Department of Defense.
The long-term contract is for supply chain and logistics services as part of a framework agreement.
“Boeing's supply chain management and distribution capabilities will help ensure parts are accessible whenever and wherever they are needed based on their use, while reducing inventory and logistics lifecycle costs,” declared John Guasto, director of Global Integrated Services Support for Boeing.
