Applegreen is a roadside convenience store retailer, operating at motorway service areas, main road service areas and petrol stations, which is present in Ireland, the UK and the US.
The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition concerns as it would not create any overlaps between the companies' businesses.
