(CercleFinance.com) - The Investment Group Blackstone announces a definitive agreement with Colony Capital to acquire Colony Industrial, its US real estate asset arm, for an aggregate purchase price of 5.
9 billion dollars.
The transaction is expected to provide Colony with over 1.2 billion dollars in net revenue and enable it to refocus on infrastructure and digital real estate. Subject to customary conditions, it should be finalised in Q4 2019.
