Apple: postpones iOS 14 functionality by a few months
(CercleFinance.com) - While iOS 14 will enable users to block the tracking of their activities for advertising purposes, Apple has announced on its developer site that it is postponing this feature for a few months.
The feature will be deployed early next year. The reason for this is that the tech giant wants to give developers more time to adapt. Facebook, in particular, had expressed concerns about this feature, directly attacking the foundations of its business model.
