Amazon: strengthens partnership with IBM
(CercleFinance.com) - IBM has announced that it has strengthened its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help more of their joint customers operationalize and generate value from generative artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of this, the IT services group's IBM Consulting division aims to deepen and extend its generative AI expertise on AWS, training 10,000 consultants by the end of 2024.
Both companies also plan to provide joint solutions and services augmented with generative AI capabilities to help customers cover major use cases (customer service, HR and application modernization).
