Amazon: signs lease in New York City
(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon has signed a new 335,408 square foot (about 31,100 m2) lease at 410 Tenth Avenue, formerly known as 460 West 34th Street, in the Manhattan district, SL Green Realty said on Monday.
New York City's largest office landlord said that Amazon has leased the majority of the remaining available office space at the recently acquired project, where it is currently comprehensively redeveloping the building.
