AT&T: several appointments ahead of Time Warner acquisition.
(CercleFinance.com) - US telecommunications giant AT&T has made several executive appointments in preparation for the completion of its acquisition of Time Warner, the company that owns HBO, Turner and Warner Bros.
In addition to her responsibilities as marketing officer, Lori Lee will take on leadership of AT&T International after previously leading AT&T's Time Warner merger integration planning team.
John Stankey will now lead AT&T's Time Warner merger integration planning team, working closely with Time Warner's staff.
John Donovan has been appointed as CEO of AT&T Communications, which includes AT&T's business solutions unit, entertainment division, and technology & operations group.
