Alfa Laval: wins energy efficiency order in Russia
(CercleFinance.com) - Alfa Laval has won an order to supply heat exchangers for an oil company in Russia in a deal worth approximately 70 million Swedish kronor (about 7 million euros), the Swedish company said on Wednesday.
The order includes compact heat exchangers which will reuse heat from the oil production process to preheat oil-water emulsion before dewatering, the engineering group said.
Deliveries are scheduled for 2020.
Alfa Laval will release its first-quarter earnings later today.
