Ericsson: 5-year framework agreement with Ooredoo
(CercleFinance.com) - Swedish telecom equipment maker Ericsson has announced that it has been selected by the Ooredoo Group, a multinational communications service provider, as its digital transformation partner for Business Support Systems (BSS) solutions.
The companies have signed a five-year group framework agreement covering the deployment of the latest Ericsson BSS solutions across several Ooredoo Group operating companies.
These solutions will help Ooredoo drive innovation and increase customer satisfaction through faster time-to-market, greater flexibility and improved efficiency, Ericsson said.
