Electrolux: chairman to step down in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Electrolux reports that Staffan Bohman has informed the Nomination Committee that he does not wish to be re-elected Chairman of the Board at the group's AGM to be held in 2024.
Staffan Bohman has been Chairman of the Board since 2018, but is also a member of the Audit and People Committees. The process of proposing a successor by the Nominating Committee has been launched, the household appliance group said.
