(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities reinstates its "buy" rating on Stellantis shares, despite trimming its target price for them from 30 euros to 28.
1 euros, judging the share's significant undervaluation as clear evidence that investors have clearly overreacted negatively to the new macro context.
The broker adds that its Q1 2022 results highlight the very positive price/mix and FX factors compared to volume declines in Europe and to a lesser extent in NAFTA, noting that sales exceeded expectations.
While the carmaker did not change its 2022 guidance, the broker has slightly reduced its 2022/23/24 EPS expectations, which remain in line with the long-term "Dare Forward 2030" plan.
