Altice Europe: reduces capital via treasury shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice Europe is reducing its equity capital by cancelling treasury shares that it held, the European telecoms holding company said on Wednesday.
On 23 September, the company's board committed itself to cancelling 200 million common "A" shares.
The Altice Europe share is currently down 1.6% on Euronext Amsterdam.
