Fiat Chrysler Automobiles: extends credit facility to 2023
(CercleFinance.com) - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has extended a deadline for a credit facility that was originally signed in 2015, the carmaker said on Tuesday.
The amendment, which has been signed with a group of twenty-seven banks, provides for an extension of the final maturity of the syndicated revolving credit facility until 2023.
The facility will be structured in two tranches: 3.12 billion euros with a 37-month tenor and two extension options, and 3.12 billion euros with a 60-month tenor.
It will finance general corporate purposes and working capital requirements, FCA said.
