NN Group: recomposition of management board
(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its quarterly results on Thursday, Dutch insurer NN Group has announced a new composition of its management board, with chief change and organisation (CCO) Dorothee van Vredenburch set to leave the company.
The financial services group said Dailah Nihot will succeed Dorothee van Vredenburch, who will leave the group on 1 October to pursue her career outside of the company.
Fabian Rupprecht will succeed Robin Spencer, who stepped down as chief executive officer of international Insurance and member of the management board.
Tjeerd Bosklopper and Janet Stuijt, will also be appointed to the management board as of 1 September.
Also note that NN Group today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Aegon's life insurance business in the Czech Republic and Aegon's life insurance and pension businesses in Slovakia for a total of 155 million euros.
