Euronext: now holds 100% of Oslo Børs VPS' capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announces it now holds 100% of Oslo Børs VPS' capital after the tender offer launched on 31 May, which has endabled it to hold 99.
4% of the capital of the Norwegian Stock Exchange, followed by a squeeze-out of the remaining shares.
Note that on 31 May 2019 Oslo Børs VPS' Board of Directors recommended that shareholders who wanted to sell their shares, accept Euronext's offer. This unconditional offer was open until 28 June.
