Euronext: finalises acquisition of Oslo Børs VPS
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext today announced that it now holds 97.
8% of Oslo Børs VPS' capital.
The offer was launched on 31 May and was recommended by Oslo Børs VPS' Board of Directors. Shares not yet held by Euronext may be tendered until 28 June.
Subsequently, Euronext will launch a procedure to acquire the balance, of shares should there be any.
On 31 May 2019, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs VPS recommended that shareholders who wished to sell their shares accept Euronext's offer.
