Wolters Kluwer: buys back 12.8 million euros of own shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch publisher Wolters Kluwer said it has repurchased 238,128 of its own ordinary shares in the period from 29 November to 5 December for 12.
8 million euros, at an average share price of 53.8 euros.

These buybacks are part of the three-year share buyback program (2016-2018) the group announced in February 2016.

Since the beginnng of the year, Wolters Kluwer has bought back 10.8 million shares for 514 million euros, in line with its target of 550 million euros it committed to for 2018.

The Amsterdam-listed Wolters Kluwer share is currently down 2.1% at 52.1 euros.
