Wolters Kluwer: acquires Belgian tax software firm.
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch specialist publisher Wolters Kluwer said on Friday it has acquired Adsolut, a provider of tax and accounting solutions, in order to strengthen its offering in Belgium.
Founded in 2007, Adsolut has enjoyed rapid growth by offering a software package that enables collaboration between accountants and their small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients.
Today the firm has 24 employees.
No financial details were disclosed, but the transaction is expected to have a positive, although immaterial, impact on adjusted EPS, while generating a return on investment above the cost of capital within 3 to 5 years.
