Airbus: aircraft manufacturer unveils order book

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces that it has delivered 57 commercial aircraft in September 2020, compared to 71 the previous year.
The aircraft manufacturer also presents the past months' sales figures. 14 deliveries in April, 24 in May, 36 in June, 49 in July and 39 in August.

Since the beginning of the year, Airbus has delivered a total of 341 aircraft (18 A220s, 282 from the A320 series, 9 A330s and 32 A350s), representing a fall of approximately 40% as compared with the same period last year (571 delivered).

However, over the first three quarters of 2020, Airbus has registered a total of 300 orders for commercial airplanes compared to 127 orders in the same period last year. Airbus' order book reaches 7,441 planes compared to 7,133 in the same period last year.
